The Kirsten and co. Actual Team Meeting

What a FUN afternoon we had together at The Kirsten and co. Actual Team Meeting last weekend.

What is an Actual Team Meeting?

So about a year ago I sat down on the stairs at home to do an insta story. I was slightly jet lagged , completely unmotivated and in need of some fun.

Without thinking I began the insta story with, “Hey Team. Time for a meeting” before chatting about extreme tiredness with a lack of wanting to do anything chaser. I finished with, “Thanks for joining me team” and without even realising it, Kirsten and co Team Meetings had become a thing.

I started to receive hilarious messages along the lines of

• “That was the best meeting I’ve ever attended”
• “Could you please come and run the meetings at my work?”
• “Can we bring wine to the next meeting?”

And obviously my replies were

• Really?!
• Sure!
• Have we even met?!

It seemed everyone, including me, really enjoyed ‘meeting’ on insta stories to discuss the mundane, everyday life admin topics.

So we did – and do – just that on an almost daily basis.

We chat about everything from fashion to baking. From reverse car parking – and our complete inability to actually do it – to shoes. We truly cover ALL the big issues.

And on Saturday, we took our Team Meeting live. Yes, we had an Actual Team Meeting.

40 fabulous women joined me at Merci Event Space for one fun afternoon. We had a lot of laughs, gifts were handed out and new friendships were made. And yes, we even had an actual meeting.
