A really easy recipe for Chocolate Chip Cornflake Biscuits the whole family will love!
I’ve been making these delicious little morsels for years and whenever I do, they don’t last long!
The combination of crunch cornflakes and sweet chocolate chips seem to be a winner with the kids and as much as I try to make them last for the school lunch boxes, they never seem to go the distance.
On a completely random side note, how do we feel about the whole biscuit vs cookie thing?
I’m a bit old school and prefer to call them biscuits, but my kids have basically grown up on Nickelodeon so to them, they’re cookies.
From a blogging perspective, calling them cookies is probably better for SEO and google ranking (boring for any non-bloggers out there, sorry!) but I reckon my Grandma would be horrified if she knew I was even contemplating calling a biscuit a cookie, so for now, biscuit it is!

Personally I think the poor old cornflake is a highly underrated cereal. While I don’t love eating it for breakfast, I do love mixing it with some chocolate chips and a bit of sugar and flour to form biscuits that taste delicious with a cup of coffee at morning tea!
How about you? What do you think of Cornflakes? Have you ever thrown them into a bowl and turned them into a batch of Chocolate Chip Cornflake Biscuits? Tell me everything!
