Sophie made a batch of these Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies on the weekend and they were gooooood.
I think it’s safe to say they’re not Food Nazi approved, so I only had one (we’ll pretend it was a low fat, no carb, sugar free cup of tea and that should keep her happy) but OMG the rich chocolate of the cookie, followed by the delicious soft marshmallow centre is just a little bit delicious.
Like most baked goods, they’re best served fresh, so gobble them up with a glass of icy cold milk once you’ve taken them out of the oven and let them cool down for a bit.

How do you feel about Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies? Want to give them a go or feeling a bit reluctant about the thought of inhaling so much sugar in one sitting? Don’t worry, I’m almost certain the Food Nazi doesn’t read this blog, so it’s a safe place. Feel free to share your sugar fears here. I promise I won’t say a word to anyone!
