Today I’m heading to Melbourne with some awesome blogging friends. I was telling Mum about the trip the other day and when she asked who I was going with I started rattling off their names, “Emily, Bec, Amanda and Danielle” to which Pam replied, “I have no idea who any of those ladies are. Can you please refer to them by their blog names?”
So I did and what do you know? Good old Pam knew exactly who I was talking about when I said Have A Laugh On Me, The Plumbette, Cooker and A Looker and Miss Chardy! I know. I was a bit shocked by that one too.
Anyway, we’re all meeting up in Melbourne to attend the Kidspot Voices of 2015 Masterclass and find out who has made it into the Top 100 this year. I was lucky enough to crack the Top 100 last year (you can read all about what when down at the 2014 launch party right here) which was just a little bit awesome!
I have been to Melbourne before. You can read all about it in this post, where I detail my ability to dance like Elaine from Seinfeld and offend men who live with their mothers. Honestly, it will all make sense when you read the post ๐
So my question for you today is, Melbourne peeps, where should a group of bloggers go for dinner tonight? Keeping in mind that we will a) want to Instagram our meals and b) talk A LOT while also sipping on wine and checking our phones. We’re staying in the CBD and are happy to walk pretty much anywhere, although we are all from Queensland (except for Miss Chardy, who by her own admission, lives in the middle of Bum F*&K Nowhere) and aren’t used to temperatures that drop lower than 16 degrees at night, so we don’t exactly want to walk 47 blocks to get to the nearest laneway italian joint!
Dinner in Melbourne. Where should we go?
