Do you have trouble sleeping? Most nights I do.
It seems to take me ages to get to sleep (brain, please switch off!) and then when I finally do get to sleep, I’m woken up by the not so soothing sounds of Scott’s snoring several times during the night.
Meanwhile, Scott’s able to get to sleep within approximately 2.5 seconds of his head hitting the pillow and his ability to sleep through his own snore fest is really quite irritating incredible!
I’ve tried most of the tips that sleep experts/google recommend, with the exception of doing a lot of exercise. Apparently that’s meant to help you sleep AND keep the kilos off, but I think we all know by now that shopping is the only cardio I do on a regular basis and I can’t really think of a way to squeeze any more of that into my day!
So I was wondering if you might have any tips on how to get a good night’s sleep? I’ll happily accept any tips you might have, although just quietly my fingers are crossed that any advice offered will involve nothing but online shopping and chocolate!
Do you have trouble sleeping? Does your husband/partner snore like a freight train? How do you get a good night’s sleep? I’d LOVE to know!
