I don’t know about you but I love chocolate. Toblerone would have to be one of my all time favourite chocolate bars and when you combine it with eggs and cream, you’ve got a delicious mousse that tastes so good you’ll want to lick the bowl clean!
I made these little jars of Toblerone Mousse last week, when I went to a friend’s house to watch The Melbourne Cup (you can catch up on that post right here)
I also made it a few months ago when I hosted a dinner party at home with my girlfriends from high school. It was a hit at both events and the recipe has been requested many times since, so here we go with how to make toblerone mousse!
[yumprint-recipe id=’35’] What I love about this delicious mousse is a) it only has 3 ingredients (which can easily be doubled, or even tripled, if you have a large crowd to feed) and b) it can be made a day or two ahead.
It would also make a delicious dessert on Christmas Day and the fact that it can be made ahead, would leave you more time to sip champagne watch the kids open their presents on Christmas morning.
Are you a fan of Toblerone Mousse? And how do you feel about champagne for breakfast on Christmas Day?!
