It’s not secret that I love to bake. I also love Christmas, so when the two collide, well, it’s a bit of fun at Kirsten and co. HQ!
Sophie loves to bake too and if her outfit in these pictures is anything to go by, it’s safe to say she’s also a big fan of all things Christmas…
But something I’m not a huge fan of is complicated recipes.
I don’t have time to faff about with fancy ingredients like truffle oil or exotic herbs, so I really just stick to good old flour, sugar, butter and eggs for most of my baking.
My really easy Christmas Cookie Recipe is not tricky to make and tastes delicious.
If you want to get the kids involved, all of the dough rolling and cutting should keep them entertained for a good 30 mins or so.
