So that’s week one done of Operation Loose Pants! How did you go?
I managed to get four 30 minute walks in this week, which I reckon was a pretty good start. My pants aren’t feeling a whole lot looser yet, but these things take time. How are your pants feeling? Any looser?
This week’s goal is all about staying hydrated. Yep, we’re going to drink water like it’s going out of fashion! How much water do you drink now? Let’s try and double it this week. And keep up our newly formed habit of 30 minutes of exercise, 3 times a week. Unless of course you’re already a 2 litre a day water drinking kind go girl/guy…in which case, you get a gold star AND a leave pass from this week’s quest to double your fluid intake!
