Welcome to the fourth week of Operation Loose Pants! How are we all feeling? Are our pants looser yet? I can confirm that after three weeks of starting new habits, my pants are finally feeling looser. Hooray! Fingers crossed, yours are too.
So far, since starting our quest for looser pants, we’ve started exercising for 30 minutes 3 times a week, upped our daily water intake and added a few more veggies to our diets.
We went to our friend’s place for dinner and I wasn’t sure what to bring, so I made a salad…
a Chocolate Salad! Definitely not #operationloosepants approved, but if I added a couple of veggies to it, we’d be good to go!
THIS WEEK’S NEW HABIT:
This week, I thought I’d try a couple of new recipes. Nothing too challenging, just a couple of new meals I haven’t made before and/or in a while, that are full of healthy goodness. What do you think? Are you keen to give it a go too?

I’ve also got a really easy recipe that I make most mornings for breakfast. Simply layer yoghurt, muesli and frozen (or fresh) berries of your choice in a pretty little glass and eat!
Or maybe you could dust off a cookbook and see if there’s something in there that you might like to whip up for dinner one night this week?
