Yesterday I sent Sophie off to school with a couple of cute looking morning tea packages for her teachers. I posted the photo on Instagram and Facebook asking if anyone would like the recipe for the Pumpkin and Feta Muffins. Turns out quite a few of you would like the recipe as well as info on where I got the stickers and bags from!
The stickers were a gift, so unfortunately I don’t know where they’re from, but I reckon I should probably put my graphic design skills to the test and whip some up. What do you think?
The bags were purchased from Blank Goods a while ago. They’re lined, which makes them perfect for putting homemade baked goods inside and they look cute too, which as we all know, is very important when it comes to wrapping muffins and the like!
These Pumpkin and Feta Muffins are really easy to make. They’re healthy, have zero added sugar in them and make a great addition to the school lunch boxes. I tend to make savoury muffins on the plainer side, so that the kids will eat them but if you like a bit of kick to things, just add a couple of teaspoons of mustard to the mix and you’re good to go!
