So yesterday I spent the morning at one of my favourite places, Stephanie’s Vintage Day Spa. I instagrammed a couple of pics while I was there and a few followers were keen for more details, so here we go…
Upon arrival, you’re taken into the most beautiful lounge area where a refreshing tonic and towel and provided. Everytime I sit here it makes me want to paint all my furniture white and buy vast quantities of bright, colourful cushions.
There are a number of gorgeous treatments rooms on offer, all of which are decorated with the most beautiful wallpaper. This is the room where I enjoyed a Classic Facial. Which, I have to say, was amazing. Stacey, the lovely beauty therapist who looked after my skin, customised the facial to ensure my collapsing face was left plump and rehydrated. Which it definitely was.
And once your treatment is over, you’re taken to the verandah, where a delicious post-facial cup of tea is provided. You’re made welcome to stay for as long as you like in this lovely area and it really is a fabulous way to end your visit.
In other news, today is my birthday. I am 41. I don’t know how that happened either. But at least I’ve woken up with skin that looks fresher than it did 48 hours ago. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go and eat my body weight in cake. Because everybody knows that calories don’t count on your birthday, right?!
Please note: This is not a sponsored post. I’m just sharing the day spa love x
