Well it’s Christmas Eve which means only one thing. Tomorrow I’ll be consuming my body weight in champagne and ham at my brother’s place.
Pam and Errol will be there, where Mum will go heavy on the champagne pouring while Dad will take on the role of Santa and hand out the presents to the kids.
Bailey and Sophie will have a great time bomb diving in the pool with their cousins, while Scott and I will go in hard for Parents Of The Year for the 13th year in a row by not actually getting in the pool with them.
Actually, that’s not true at all. Scott will definitely get in the pool because he’s good like that, while I will sit on the side lines and work my way through another bottle of bubbles. I mean, everyone has their talents. Might as well stick with them!
Christmas Day will also mean watching fantastic reactions like this:
thinking about how quickly time flies when you’re having fun:
and wondering what exciting new adventures 2015 will bring!
Thank you for all of your fabulous blog love and support this year. I absolutely love this community of Kirsten and co. readers we’ve got going on and I can’t wait to share more witty words and pretty things with you next year.
So from my family to yours…
Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
