Well I’m still not feeling 100%, so for this week’s Friday Five I thought we’d take a stroll down memory lane and visit a post I wrote back in May. Normal blogging transmission should resume on Monday, so I’ll see you then! Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to take a couple of horse tablets followed by an inhaler chaser and several hours on the couch. I KNOW. Being sick never sounded so sexy!!
Look, I don’t know about you, but every now and again, while I’m scrolling through my Pinterest feed on my phone, an image will appear that cracks me right up. Which is fine when I’m home and no one is around to witness me laughing hysterically AT MY PHONE, but it’s all sorts of awkward when I’m sitting at a coffee shop or waiting in a very quiet doctors surgery!
Which, FYI, may or may not have happened this week. So long story short, if you’re reading this post on your phone or iPad while in any sort of public area, you might want to re-think it. Because if your humour is anything like mine, you’ll be laughing yourself silly when you see these pics that I’ve found on Pinterest and just had to share with you in The Friday Five for this week. Call me old fashioned, but they’re five words I don’t really want to hear on what is meant to be the most romantic day of the year. How about you?

And if you do see me running, you should run too. Because it means one of two things. Either A) there’s a 50% off sale somewhere or B) I’m being chased by a lion/bear/person wearing crocs* and need to get the hell out of there.
FIVE:
Me either. In other news, I’m fairly sure I’ve just found Scott’s birthday present. Assuming of course that the book features pop-up pictures of feet, shoes that aren’t glow in the dark white and Justin Beiber.
* please note, I don’t mean to offend anyone who wears crocs. They’re a perfectly acceptable forms of footwear…if you’re a small child who is unable to tie their own shoelaces OR you live on a very remote property/island where no one will actually see you wearing them 😉
