Toblerone Mousse. It’s totally a thing.
A very delicious thing, that is so rich and calorie dense, it should probably only be made (and consumed) once a year.
I whipped up a batch of this delicious Toblerone Mousse for my girlfriends and I to inhale at the dinner party I hosted on Friday night.
It’s really easy to make and can be prepared a day or two before you need it, which means you can spend more time sipping on a G&T chatting with your guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen.
You can serve Toblerone Mousse in anything you like but my serving dish of choice is a cup and saucer set. It’s a little bit quirky and not quite as 70’s looking as a good old martini glass. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
My mum’s been using martini glasses to serve anything from prawn cocktails to mini salads in since 1973 and she’s deadset classy, so we definitely endorse the use of food in a martini glass around these parts.
