This is something I have been wanting to do for months. Ok, maybe a year.
But I am so good at coming up with excuses –
I don’t have time.
It’s A LOT of work.
I can’t do it on my own.
Seriously, I just have to stop. I’m already doing too much.
I have to focus on getting better first.
Although when you stop and think about it, they’re not excuses at all. They’re actually fear showing up as excuses.
But after writing last week’s health update, I received so many amazing messages, emails and comments from you. The overwhelming theme in amongst those messages was, “Can you start a group so we can all motivate each other?”
Yes, yes I can.
