How To Make Weetbix Slice
Believe it or not, Weetbix Slice is actually really easy to make! The kids love it in their lunch boxes and it makes a great afternoon snack with an icy cold glass of milk.
For those readers who aren’t familiar with what Weetbix is, it’s a popular cereal here in Australia that’s been around since the 1920’s. Traditionally it’s served with milk (warm or cold) and a teaspoon of sugar on top.
My kids LOVE eating it for breakfast, so you can imagine their excitement when I told them I was going to add a bit of butter, flour and sugar to the mix and make Weetbix Slice!
There are tons of recipes out there, showing you how to make Weetbix slice. Here’s mine.
I hope your family enjoy it as much as mine do!
