WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?

So yesterday I wrote a follow up post about my mission to bring the pen pal back and was inundated with more requests from lovely readers who would like to receive a letter in the mail.  Ok, so using the word ‘inundated’ might be a slight exaggeration but like my mum always says, “Never let the facts get in the way of a good story.”  Ok, so she never actually says that.  But we say it to her.  A lot.  Usually with a glass of bubbly in our hands.  Because no good story ever began while holding a bowl of salad.

Anyway,  receiving so many emails from readers here in Australia and overseas got me thinking.  Who are you all?  And where do you live?  I’d love to know.  So come on, don’t be shy.  Introduce yourself in the comments section below and tell us a little bit about yourself.  I’ll start.

I’m Kirsten.  I’ll be 41 next month.  I’m married and have two kids.  I grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand, before moving to Brisbane, Australia with my mum, dad and brother when I was 15.  No, we didn’t have sheep in our backyard and yes, I ate a lot of fush and chups.
