A couple of weeks ago I was feeling quite unwell.
It wasn’t anything major. Mainly just aches and pains but when I showed signs of a complete lack of interest in online shopping, I knew I was in trouble ๐
I didn’t want whatever I had to take hold, so I put a call out to the Kirsten and co. Facebook community.
There were so many helpful immunity building suggestions, many of which I tried.
If you’re feeling a bit under the weather they might help you too. But make sure you also get yourself to a doctor as I am most definitely not one!

Excellent question, I’m so pleased you asked.
I made a massive batch of chicken meatball soup – would you like the recipe?
I sipped on green tea with lemon and honey instead of my usual Nespresso coffee.
I had the essential oils going with a ‘breathe easy’ blend being my mix of choice.
I invested heavily in Zen Ki tablets from my local chemist, along with Inner Health Plus and Panadol.
I switched my vaporiser on.
And finally, I turned my phone off and I rested. I think that’s probably the most important part and something a lot of us aren’t particular good at and/or able to do.
If you’re not feeling 100%, I hope you’re able to get some rest and look after yourself. It really does make a difference.
